At Terisquilts, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains how you can request modifications or cancellations after placing an order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered processing or production, it can no longer be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number.
If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
ORDER CHANGES
Order changes (such as size, color, or shipping address updates) may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, changes cannot be guaranteed, as orders may already be prepared for shipment.
Please note:
ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy once the order has been delivered.
CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS
For any custom or special items (if applicable), cancellations or changes may not be permitted once production has started. These items are made specifically for your order.
