ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package at any time.

If tracking information does not update immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for carrier systems to refresh.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Terisquilts is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur. If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team so we can assist you.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our policies.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
